Our Program:

Retail Store Distribution – get your product on the front counters of anywhere from up to 80,000 stores nationally.

Coco4USA would function as your broker and provide a clear vision and plan for launching your products in the US retail chain. We would charge you a commission based on gross sales and the commission depends on the product and the extent of work involved.

Upon request, you would be required to send us samples for review. Once we agree to take on the product, we will discuss the plan forward and may select either of the below paths or a combination for the product launch, depending on the product and its demand currently in the retail sector.

  • Listed Companies: If we feel the product is appropriate, we will introduce it to our contacts within the top listed companies on the NY Stock Exchange. These are some of the top national retail chains super markets. If the retail chain decides to sell your product on its marketplace, we would set you up with our partnered fulfillment centers as they have the expertise in this space of retail.
  • Certain wholesale chains and retail outlets would mandate conducting roadshows in their stores simultaneously as the products are being carried. We would set you up with our partnered service providers who specialize in conducting roadshow events.
  • Convenience Stores & Gas Stations: We would start with our partnered distributors as they would be driving sales of your product in anywhere ranging from 200 to 5,000 stores on an initial test basis. You would be charged a placement fee per store depending on the type of product and work involved. The product would be guaranteed shelf space until the product sells.
  • We have partnered with thousands of small retail stores/convenience stores and gas stations for promoting our client’s product by facilitating the brand display in their stores. Typically, these stores for a monthly fee would be placing your product banners on the front door or near the checkout stand.
  • We work with product labeling specialist and would set you up with them for a thorough review of the existing label and suggest changes to make it compliant with the extant rules and regulations.
  • We would also advise you on obtaining product liability insurance and register with Dun & Brad Street.
  • We partner with global logistics providers who service large retail chains and would facilitate the logistics support for your brand.

You will be required to adhere to the US FDA labeling requirements (we will guide you through this process) and also in the back of the product state “Brokered by Coco4USA, Inc.” with a small Coco4USA logo next to it.
